FondTech offers three wind tunnel facilities created and specifically developed for automotive applications, yet flexible enough to allow a large spectrum of applications. FondTech 2 and Aerolab wind tunnels feature the latest cutting-edge systems and devices in terms of high performance automotive wind tunnel testing and are suitable for 50% and 60% scale model. FondTech 1, our first wind tunnel built in early 90s is now used for low budget programs and non-automotive applications.
FondTech offers to all Teams competing in FSAE/Formula Student events the chance to test their race car in one of its state-of-the-art automotive wind tunnel facility at an affordable cost.
ForcePad is FondTech's answer to the road bicycle market: it is a force measuring platform specifically designed to accommodate full scale road bike and riders in FondTech's wind tunnel test section. The system is able to measure the drag force insisting on bicycle and cyclist at given wind speed and yaw angle.
